Job summary
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal/Senior Systems Engineer to support the Guidance, Navigation & Control team in Roy, UT or Manhattan Beach, CA. You'll embed with program teams to ensure sound engineering of the GN&C subsystem, managing requirements, interfaces, and design integration.
The role requires a DoD clearance, a STEM degree, and experience across the systems engineering lifecycle. This full-time position offers a 9/80 schedule and robust benefits, with opportunities for relocation
Qualifications
- Experience across the systems engineering lifecycle and requirements management.
- Ability to prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers or leadership.
- Familiarity with DoD development environment and related tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide Systems Engineering support for GN&C, ensuring requirements, interfaces and architecture are sound.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and baseline artifacts in Cameo and DOORs.
- Coordinate with higher-level engineers and subcontractors to align requirements with contracts.
