Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on the intersection of global trade compliance and business initiatives.
• Advise on import and customs compliance programs (origin, valuation, HTS, trade remedies).
• Stay informed on regulatory changes impacting trade compliance and analyze impacts.
• Assist in driving compliance with US and non-US trade-related requirements.
• Collaborate with enterprise and regional teams to implement risk mitigation and controls.
• Deliver legal/compliance training for employees on global trade requirements.
