The American Cancer Society is seeking a Senior Principal, Principal Gifts to secure gifts at $5M+ and lead personalized donor strategies across the organization. The role aligns leadership, volunteers, and staff to ignite transformational philanthropy and long-term partnerships.

As a remote role based anywhere in the United States, you will work with ACS Inc. and board members to develop cases for support and materials for major solicitations, while executing all phases of fundraising campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred CFRE certification.
• Minimum 10 years in professional fundraising with 7- or 8-figure gifts closed.
• Proven success building donor pipelines and major gifts of $1M–$10M+.
• Ability to influence across matrixed teams and senior leadership.

• Manage a portfolio of 15-20 high-net-worth individuals and foundations.
• Qualify, cultivate, solicit, close, and steward principal gifts of $5M+.
• Collaborate with ACS leadership and enterprise teams on priorities.
• Develop donor-centered engagement and solicitations strategies.
• Utilize Salesforce and other systems to track performance against KPIs.
