Job summary

TYG partners with a leading specialist consultancy to hire a Senior Principal for its New York Building Envelope practice. This highly visible leadership role shapes growth and directs complex, high-profile enclosure projects.

You will mentor senior staff, maintain key owner relationships, drive business development, and provide oversight across facades, waterproofing, fenestration, roofing and specialty enclosure systems.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in building envelope consulting, design or related field preferred.
• PE, RA or equivalent professional licensure.
• Strong technical expertise across facade and building enclosure systems.
• Proven experience leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Established client relationships and a track record of developing new business.

• Lead complex building envelope projects across new construction, rehabilitation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex building envelope projects across new construction, rehabilitation and commissioning

• Provide senior technical oversight across facades, waterproofing, fenestration, roofing and specialty enclosure systems

Requirements
