Tenth Revolution Group is seeking Senior/Principal/Executive Recruitment Consultants to join our growth-focused team in the Dallas area. You will leverage your sales and recruitment experience to build relationships with clients and candidates, driving successful placements while enjoying uncapped commission opportunities.

We offer a competitive base salary of $48,500–$65,000 plus uncapped commission, a comprehensive benefits package, a $1,500 transportation allowance, and 22 days of PTO.

• Must be able to demonstrate previous sales/recruitment experience gained from a staffing agency.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

What we need from you

Must be able to demonstrate previous sales/recruitment experience gained from a staffing agency (preferably in the IT sector but not essential)

Fluent in English (spoken and written)* **

Confidence, resilience and perseverance

A desire to succeed
