Mobility Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Principal Compliance Specialist, Ethics & Investigations to lead complex internal investigations from scope to closure.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with HR, Legal and Cyber Defense to ensure consistent, defensible findings and enterprise-wide adherence to ethics standards. You will shape investigation governance, oversee global processes, and drive continuous improvements in policy and reporting while maintaining

Qualificações

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible internal corporate investigations experience.
• Experience coordinating investigations across jurisdictions and advising HR investigative partners.
• Ability to independently lead complex, high-risk investigations and produce clear, fact-based findings.
• Excellent writing and executive communication skills with cross-functional partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sensitive, complex internal investigations across issue types, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation and workplace conduct.
• Own end-to-end investigations lifecycle from scoping through closure with plans, interviews, evidence, and reports.
• Maintain independence, confidentiality and objectivity in line with best practices.
• Build and operationalize oversight and engagement models for international investigations with HR and Employment Legal.
• Partner with Cyber Defense/Information Security and Legal to address insider threats and data exfiltration.
