Action Environmental seeks a Senior Principal Environmental Engineer / Engineer of Record to lead large-scale environmental remediation programs in Florida and the Southeast. You will serve as the Engineer of Record, providing high-level design oversight through construction and ensuring regulatory compliance.

In this senior role, you will oversee multidisciplinary teams, interface with EPA and state agencies, mentor junior staff, and contribute to technically complex projects with a focus on

Competenze

• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the State of Florida in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Mansioni

• Sign, seal, review, and approve engineering deliverables, work plans, specifications, and construction document packages.
• Lead end-to-end Remedial Design (RD) and Remedial Action (RA) execution through site closeout and construction completion.
• Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering disciplines, field technicians, and remediation subcontractors.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison to the EPA, state environmental agencies, and key client stakeholders.
• Provide technical direction for field operations, including site demolition, deep excavation, in-situ remediation, and site restoration.
• Drive technical quality management, regulatory adherence, and mentoring for staff.
