Senior Principal Enterprise Portfolio Architect - State Government Solutions - Remote

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Principal Enterprise Portfolio Architect to lead strategic capability changes within our State Government Solutions portfolio. This role involves providing technical vision, architectural oversight, and leadership to align IT solutions with business outcomes, supporting initiatives that span multiple domains and ensure compliance with architecture standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing the portfolio strategy to meet enterprise goals
• Creating architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and executive presentations
• Leading architecture and solution definitions for strategic initiatives
• Researching emerging technologies and driving adoption
• Engaging stakeholders to identify innovation opportunities
• Developing policies, standards, and architecture blueprints (current, transition, future states)
• Analyzing the business-IT environment for deficiencies and technical debt
• Ensuring architecture governance and collaborating across teams
• Mentoring technical teams and driving architecture practice improvements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years in Business Analysis, System Design, or Technical Architecture, including 5+ years in an architect role
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications include experience in:

• Business and enterprise architecture, business analysis, and process optimization
• Regulatory compliance (HIPAA, PCI)
• Healthcare industry experience, especially pharmacy benefit management
• Agile frameworks and software development lifecycle

Physical and travel requirements:

• Ability to travel up to 5%
• Standard physical requirements for sitting, handling, and vision
