• 6+ years of program/project management experience.
• 5+ years in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban/hybrid).
• 5+ years of New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or product release ownership.
• 5+ years coordinating cross‑functional execution.
• 5+ years working directly with engineering and program cross‑functional teams.
• 3+ years influencing delivery commitments and outcomes with senior stakeholders.
• 4+ years driving program execution using formal governance, identifying risks/dependencies early, and improving process and program efficiencies.
• 4+ years of extensive experience using Jira and Smartsheet for program planning and reporting.
• 3+ years operating at senior stakeholder level.
• 3+ years presenting status, risks, and trade-offs to senior management.
• 3+ years contributing to measurable process improvements (e.g., improved predictability, reduced cycle time, improved on-time delivery).
• 2+ years mentoring/leadership responsibilities.

Aufgaben

• Manages and leads a program involving multiple functions to drive engineering development and implementation.
• Develops and directs integrated schedules, critical deliverables, budgets, and resource plans for assigned programs.
• Manages activities of project teams and internal development partners; ensures progress against plans and updates schedules accordingly.
• Communicates program progress and issues to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and partners to implement changes.
• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and manufacturing/engineering.
