Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager / PLM Program Manager to drive end-to-end product lifecycle programs from concept to end-of-life. You will build integrated schedules, manage budgets, and align cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, and external partners.

The role requires 6+ years in program management, 5+ years in Agile, and proven ability to lead executive communications, risk management, and milestone reviews.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program/project management experience.
• 4+ years driving program execution using governance and with engineering leadership.
• 4+ years using Jira and Smartsheet for scheduling and reporting.
• 5+ years in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban/hybrid).
• PMP/PMI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive engineering development and implementation.
• Develops and directs the development of integrated schedules, deliverables, budget, and resource plans.
• Manages project teams and internal partners; updates schedules to meet product requirements.
• Communicates program progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Drives innovation and process improvements in manufacturing/engineering programs.
