Responsibilities

• Build the next generation banking and payments platform for Green Dot’s BaaS offering.
• Design highly scalable distributed solutions to handle large data volumes.
• Lead and participate in API contract work, debt identification, and optimal integration strategies.
• Drive CI/CD, cloud migration, and test-driven development practices.
• Coach teammates, participate in code reviews, and address technical debt.
