Qualifications

• Bachelor's in STEM with 5+ years of experience (Sr. Principal: 8+ years)
• Experience designing, configuring, and installing avionics subsystems
• Ability to obtain and maintain US government Secret clearance and SAP

Responsibilities

• Manage Statement of Work (SOW) as Supplier/Subcontract Manger (SMT) for Weapons Avionics Subsystems
• Ensure supplier compliance with program and AV design, test, documentation and hardware requirements
• Document designs using detailed schematics, diagrams, and specifications
• Collaborate with Subcontract engineers and stakeholders to implement subsystem performance and environmental requirements
• Work with subcontractors to develop design solutions for obsolete hardware
• Travel up to 25%
