Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic qualifications require a STEM degree and 8+ years of related experience or a STEM Master's with 6+ years.
• Active, fully-adjudicated Secret Clearance with ability to obtain DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Experience analyzing communications IERs and related aerospace domains.
• Strong problem-solving and data-analysis abilities; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a close team environment and manage supplier documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze network architectures and topologies for distributed communication applications.
• Conduct trade studies for communications subsystem architectures.
• Interface with suppliers for integration into lab environments.
• Lead development and integration of communications subsystems to meet objectives.
• Perform risk analyses and develop mitigation plans with tracking to closure.
• Develop and maintain supplier documentation, statements of work, and interface documents.
• Review supplier documents and support technical interchange meetings and design reviews.
• Support technical discussions with customers and management.
