Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in electrical/electronic engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of engineering management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive understanding of processes and materials used in the development and manufacturing of devices.
• Strong knowledge of GxP, ISO and medical device regulations in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects and develop new products.
• Improve processes and solve complex problems across teams.
• Ensure products are safe, compliant, high-quality, and delivered on time.
• Collaborate with external partners and consultants.
• Provide technical leadership in circuit design and testing.
• Participate in all stages of product development from planning to support.
