Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years engineering experience, or higher degrees with fewer years.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Experience with MIL STD 461 and MIL STD 464; RF/design experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer E3 requirements into hardware and software specs.
• Develop E3 requirements, lead design reviews, and assess risks.
• Lead EMI/EMC design tasks including grounding and shielding.
• Prepare E3 test procedures and support testing per standards.
