Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, and execution of foundational data initiatives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify data needs and translate them into roadmaps.
• Define and scale data products with governed access to priority assets.
• Establish data governance frameworks, ownership, and metadata standards.
• Drive alignment across scientific and technical teams for measurable impact.
• Provide thought leadership on data architecture and operating models.
• Lead cross-functional data programs from concept through adoption.
• Identify opportunities to improve data usability, quality, and interoperability.
• Build and mentor teams focused on data strategy and governance.
