Micron Technology is seeking a Sr. Principal Solutions Architect for Network Interconnect Technology to define and lead the interconnect strategy for AI-scale datacenters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, CS, or related field.
• 12+ years in optical interconnect, high-speed networking, silicon photonics, or datacenter system architecture.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to engage strategically with customers and industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Own Micron's long-term network and optical interconnect strategy aligned to AI-scale and hyperscale datacenter needs.
• Define system and interconnect architectures across electrical and optical fabrics and scale-topologies.
• Lead deep technical engagements with hyperscale customers and ecosystem partners.
• Translate architectural direction into product requirements and roadmaps with R&D and engineering teams.
• Communicate system-level tradeoffs and recommendations to senior audiences.
