Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in the Linthicum, MD area is seeking a Senior Principal Contract Administrator to support LMS business unit in MEIW.

You will negotiate and manage contracts, analyze RFPs, ensure compliance with company policies and federal regulations, and collaborate with finance, legal, and program teams. This onsite role follows a 9/80 schedule and requires US citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years' experience or Master's with 6 years.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Experience with FAR/DFARs and federal contracting regulations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, extend, negotiate and terminate standard and nonstandard contracts.
• Interface with customer for contractual issues.
• Support proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract administration.
• Review RFPs and advise the program team on SOW/contract terms.
• Coordinate internal reviews and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain contract data in Contract Management System/ Enterprise Accounting System.
