Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of contracts experience or Master's with 6 years (or 12 years in lieu of degree).
• Aerospace and Defense industry experience.
• Experience in contract negotiations.
• Experience leading must-win, high-visibility proposals.
• Advanced knowledge of FAR and DFARS and ability to research FAR/DFARS.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal preparation, contract negotiation and contract administration from proposal through closeout.
• Administer daily contract activities for multiple product lines and contract types, including cost reimbursable and firm fixed price; establish payment terms, invoicing, collections, funding.
• Enter and manage data in Contract Management System, financial and delivery systems.
• Participate in customer meetings, monitor compliance to contract requirements, lead change management.
• Ensure non-disclosure agreements and contract terms and conditions are negotiated within company guidelines.
• Work complex assignments independently and support Finance, Program Management, and various levels of Management.
