Job summary

Inspire11 is seeking a Principal Consultant to provide insights and solutions to clients in a fast-paced consulting environment. You will lead engagement delivery, guide teams through end-to-end delivery, and develop strategic proposals to drive client success.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in digital/data analytics consulting, 7+ years in Agile product development, and strong leadership, communication, and sales pursuit experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience in the digital or data analytics industry.
• 7+ years of experience working on custom product development (SDLC) using Agile methodology.
• Experience driving sales pursuits within a consulting environment, with large programs and solution management.
• Organized, detail oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to be a thought leader (writing, presenting, collaborating).
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments and able to wear many hats.

Responsibilities

• Manage engagement delivery content and quality assurance, perform risk assessment and lead project planning from end-to-end.
• Assist in growth of practice areas through business development, talent management, and delivery ownership.
• Build teams and guide consultants through all phases of delivery (requirements, architecture, development).
• Elicit clear client requirements and develop innovative solution strategies to meet them.
• Create and present proposals and establish Statements of Work for client engagements.
