Job summary

Oracle Corporation is seeking a technical leader to build and deliver a new key-value data-plane service for OCI, designing low-level systems with high performance. You will partner with senior architects and executives, define architectural directions, and drive multi-team collaboration in a fast-paced startup-like environment while ensuring reliability and scalability across regions.

You will mentor teams, advocate best practices, and contribute to the evolution of cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant engineering, architecture, or development/operational experience.
• Strong experience of C/C++ and open to work on Rust.
• Strong experience with high-concurrency systems.
• Experience in low-level and performance-critical system design and service development.

Responsibilities

• Vision and drive software design and development for new major data-plane components of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Collaborate with executives for investment and align initiatives across teams.
• Provide strategic technical guidance and mentor engineers to achieve shared objectives.
• Contribute to standard practices and drive cross-team process improvements.
