Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience building large-scale enterprise SaaS applications.
• 5+ years in lead technical architecture or Staff/Principal roles for cloud‑native platforms.
• Deep hands-on experience with Go, Node.js, and Python.
• Proven expertise with high‑availability relational stores and NoSQL engines.
• Strong background in event‑driven architectures, OAuth2, OIDC, and RBAC/ABAC.
• Public cloud (GCP/AWS), Kubernetes (GKE), Terraform, and GitOps CI/CD.
• Frontend exposure (React micro‑frontends) and multi‑tenant SaaS licensing is a plus.
• Leadership to influence cross‑functional teams and deliver multi‑year initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end platform services including IAM/RBAC and licensing lifecycles.
• Hands‑on design and build of distributed microservices in Go/Node.js/Python on GCP and Temporal.
• Enforce zero‑trust security with mTLS, OAuth2/OIDC, and fine‑grained authorization.
• Partner with PM/SRE/QA and customers to deliver robust cloud solutions.
• Contribute to shared frameworks, core SDKs, and event‑driven patterns.
• Drive reliability, scalability, latency improvements and root‑cause analysis across multi‑region Kubernetes.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow principal, senior, and mid‑level engineers.
