BL Companies is seeking a Principal Civil Engineer to provide technical leadership for complex land development projects across retail, commercial, industrial, mixed-use and residential markets. You will mentor engineers, manage clients, and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions while navigating regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes strategic growth of the Land Development practice, collaboration with internal disciplines, and representation at public meetings

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (ABET accredited).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 15+ years of progressive land development experience.
• Experience leading complex land development projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentoring engineers and managing technical staff.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal permitting/regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership and oversight for complex land development projects from planning through construction.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams while mentoring Project Managers, engineers, and staff.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and serve as trusted advisor.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget with high quality.
• Lead technical reviews and establish engineering best practices.
