Job summary

Invesco seeks an experienced IT professional to oversee technology development across internal and external applications, data warehouses and infrastructure in Atlanta. The role partners with fund management and trading workflows to design robust, scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with architects, product managers and end-users, applying modern design patterns (layered, microservices, event-driven) and leveraging Python, SQL, Excel and BI tools. Occasional travel to Atlanta is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10 years of progressive IT experience.
• 6+ years building tech solutions, using Python, SQL, Excel and BI tools.
• Experience with Charles River IMS front office modules.
• Experience in Investment Management front office systems and trading workflows.
• Willingness to travel to Atlanta; hybrid/onsite in Atlanta.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technology development solutions across applications, data warehouses and infrastructure.
• Review system requirements and processes, implement solutions and maintain applications.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand fund management, order management and trading workflows.
• Partner with architects, product managers and end-users in design, testing and implementation of solutions.
