You will recruit and mentor top engineers, drive data-driven decisions at the executive level, and represent Databricks' security work at major industry conferences—while enabling customers and partners to trust our platform. Remote-friendly role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Security or related areas.
• 15+ years building large-scale distributed systems.
• Leadership across functions and orgs.
• Strong communication to senior leaders.
• MS or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience at large internet-scale companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute a long-term Authentication vision.
• Recruit and mentor top-tier engineering talent to scale our security infrastructure.
