Job summary

Dell Technologies in Hopkinton, MA is seeking a Senior Principal Software Security Engineer for AI Development & Agent Ops. You will design and build services enabling thousands of engineers to develop with AI agents at scale.

This role partners with security, product, and infrastructure teams to embed security into the SDLC, drive best practices, and shape the architecture of enterprise AI software at Dell.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software/security leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI-assisted development and agentic systems.
• Experience delivering secure enterprise software with governance teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the agent lifecycle framework across the enterprise.
• Build shared services, tooling, and cross-platform integrations for AI agents.
• Partner with Product Security, Cybersecurity, Legal, Risk and Compliance to embed controls.
• Address AI-specific security risks including prompt injection and data exposure.
• Define standards for knowledge base content, metadata, and access controls.
• Drive security, observability, and performance improvements across the platform.
