Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks a Sr. Principal Software and AI Engineer to lead AI-powered drug development and regulate SDLC for protocol generation and clinical trial execution. You will shape R&D AI strategy, set technical direction, and build critical components, while mentoring engineers and ensuring GxP and compliance.

You will collaborate with clinicians, statisticians, data scientists, and operations to deliver scalable, production-grade multi-agent platforms and robust observability.

Qualifications

Experience shipping production-grade AI and agentic apps.
Regulated environments knowledge preferred.
Experience as tech lead or principal engineer leading large-scale AI products.
Pharma or life sciences exposure is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Architect, build, and deploy AI and agentic applications across drug development.
Collaborate with clinicians, medical writers, statisticians, data scientists and operations.
Define scalable multi-agent platform architecture and LLMOps lifecycle.
Mentor engineers through design reviews and code guidance.
