Infosys Consulting seeks a Senior Principal to lead AI, data and transformation programs for CRL clients in the US. You will drive executive engagement, business growth, and measurable value realization across AI, data, supply chain, and digital platforms.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory, market development, and large-scale program delivery with partnerships across SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, and cloud ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of consulting/advisory/transformation leadership experience in Consumer Products, Retail, and/or Logistics industries.
• Proven ability to advise C-suite stakeholders and lead large-scale transformation programs.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive account growth through proactive pitches and business case development within existing and target clients.
• Origin and shape new AI and data opportunities translating client pain points into sellable solutions.
• Sell and lead large-scale AI and data transformation programs end-to-end.
• Build a robust AI/data pipeline with delivery leaders to position Infosys Consulting as a strategic partner.
• Develop points of view on emerging AI topics to open new conversations with clients.
• Serve as trusted advisor on AI strategy and data architecture to guide investments.
• Oversee delivery of complex AI/data programs ensuring quality and value realization.
• Maintain strong client relationships to create a pipeline of follow-on AI and data work.
• Shape thought leadership around Digital Transformation and AI-driven operations.
