Job summary

Citi in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Vice President to lead Prime Margin Operations within the Margin, Collateral & Optimisation team in Markets Operations. The role requires deep knowledge of prime margin, regulatory frameworks, and end-to-end processes across Risk, Product, and Technology partners.

The candidate will operate across product lines, risk and operations, ensuring robust controls and a strong operating model.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 6–10 years of financial services experience, prime brokerage margin preferred.
• Strong knowledge of margin regulations and risk controls.
• Experience collaborating with Risk, Product, Technology and Compliance.
• Experience with Reg T, PM, FINRA rules, and SEC margin requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point-person with deep margin subject matter knowledge across end-to-end flows.
• Apply Reg T, PM, FINRA rules, and SEC margin requirements.
• Collaborate with Prime Product Development and In-Business-Risk to refine margin calculations.
