Job summary

Citi is seeking a Vice President level Prime Margin professional to join the Margin, Collateral & Optimisation team in Markets Operations. The candidate will bring deep experience in Prime Margin and Prime Brokerage products, operating across product, risk, operations, technology, legal and compliance to support margin governance and controls.

Qualifications

Knowledge of margin methodologies, regulatory frameworks, and operational controls.
Experience with Prime Brokerage product offerings and front‑to‑back margin processes.
Ability to collaborate across Product, Risk, Operations, Technology, Legal and Compliance.

Responsibilities

Operate as an experienced point-person within the North American Margin team with deep margin subject matter expertise.
Ensure compliance with Reg T, Portfolio Margin, FINRA rules, and SEC 15c3‑1/3 requirements.
Partner with Prime Product Development and In-Business-Risk to refine margin calculations and identify automation opportunities.
Implement and oversee robust risk management and control capabilities for margin and collateral management.
Ensure product designs align with target operating models and design standards.
