Job summary

Consor is seeking a construction scheduler to integrate project delivery schedules across stakeholders, review schedules, and provide delay analysis and defense for clients. The role maintains P6 schedules, highlights delays, and guides schedule strategy under the project manager.

Compensation ranges from $75-$85 hourly with hybrid/remote options for eligible roles. The position requires a BS in a construction-related field, at least five years in project controls, and proficiency in Excel and

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil, Environmental, or related engineering discipline.
Minimum five years of construction project controls experience.
Proficiency in Excel and Primavera software.

Responsibilities

Develop, report, and manage data for portfolio of assigned projects.
Communicate schedule status on a regular basis via meetings and reports.
Analyze construction schedules and recommend workarounds and schedule improvement ideas.
Advise project manager of change orders with schedule impact.
Maintain critical path analysis and reporting deviations.
Validate contractors’ project schedule accuracy.
