Job summary

Primary Talent Partners seeks a Scheduler - Project Controls (PMC) for a 24-month assignment with a large power, utilities client in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on on-site scheduling for energy storage and solar construction, using Primavera P6 to develop and manage site integrated schedules and baseline definitions.

Responsibilities include on-site progress tracking, schedule updates, change order impact analysis, recovery planning, and project reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a four-year college or university – business, finance, project management, engineering, technical, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 9 years of project controls experience.
• Minimum of 11 years of project controls experience in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated expertise in using Primavera (P6).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain site integrated schedules in P6, including baseline and updates.
• Review project schedules, analyze changes, and assess schedule impact of changes.
• Support recovery planning and project reporting to management.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for schedule data and updates.
• Produce routine analytics and communications for project controls.
