Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler P6 for a long-term contract. The role is remote/offsite in the United States. You will develop and maintain an integrated P6 schedule, monitor progress, and manage changes to ensure milestone adherence.

Your background includes a Bachelor’s in engineering or construction management, 10+ years in scheduling, and proficiency with Primavera P6, Power BI, and related tools. PMI/PMI-SP or AACE certs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent technical field.
• PMI certifications such as PMP/PMI-SP or AACE preferred.
• Ten+ years of project scheduling experience in relevant domains.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and EPPM.
• Experience with data analytics tools like Power BI or Oracle BI.
• Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA is a bonus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated baseline schedule in P6 with weekly progress reports.
• Identify variances from the plan and update baseline snapshots weekly.
• Evaluate schedule performance and address problem areas.
• Process change notices into P6 baseline and live schedule monthly.
• Analyze critical path and constraints to protect milestones.
• Support P6 administration and data interfaces to other apps.
• Facilitate project reviews and planning with the project team.
• Drive continual improvement of schedule controls metrics.
