Job summary

Quanta Services seeks a Construction Scheduler to join QISG, focusing on advanced scheduling for EPC, design-build, and CMAR projects. The role requires Primavera P6 mastery, strong earned value knowledge, and collaboration with multiproject teams in a remote-start setup with eventual Pittsburgh office relocation.

The candidate will develop and maintain CPM/LSM schedules, align with financial goals, and drive project efficiency through resource loading and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of scheduling experience on EPC/Design-Build/CMAR projects.
• Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency required.
• Familiarity with TILOS and Acumen is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with design, permitting, procurement, construction and commissioning teams.
• Strong communication skills across levels of an organization.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor-level degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Linear Scheduling Method (LSM) and CPM schedules with cost- and resource-loading.
• Collaborate with engineers, estimators, procurement, suppliers and trade contractors to baseline and update schedules.
• Link WBS to FBS and align schedules with financial goals.
• Produce cash flow, earned value metrics and KPIs.
• Support teams in optimizing sequences, durations, and risk management.
• Perform schedule analysis and time impact analysis with thorough documentation.
• Champion short-interval scheduling and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to high-visibility projects affecting infrastructure growth.
