CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Gulfport, MS, is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to deliver outpatient care to adult and geriatric patients in a collaborative, patient-centered clinic. You will maintain medical records, coordinate referrals, and engage in quality improvement initiatives.

Applicants must have an MD/DO, an active license, and board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
  • TB screening will be conducted if selected.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
  • Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
  • Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists.
  • Participate in clinical quality improvement projects.
  • Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
  • Contribute to projects and innovations in care delivery.
  • Report to the Area Medical Director.
  • This is an onsite, in-person, clinic-based role in Gulfport.

Education

MD or DO from an accredited medical school
