Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our Independence, MO clinic. Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adults and seniors, maintain records, and coordinate with specialists in a collaborative, patient-centered setting.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
  • TB screening will be conducted if selected.

Responsibilities

  • You will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
  • You will maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
  • You will diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
  • You will coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists.
  • You will participate in clinical quality improvement projects.
  • You will work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
  • You will contribute to projects and innovations in care delivery.
  • You will report to the Area Medical Director
  • You will work onsite at our Independence clinic
