Job summary

Humana's CenterWell Senior Primary Care is hiring a Primary Care Physician for a full-time, on-site role in Bellevue/Nashville area (TN 37221). You will deliver outpatient care to adults and seniors, report to the Associate Medical Director, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.

The position offers a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits, with a standard Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and a pay range of $255,000–$298,500 per year.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school and an unrestricted license in the state.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics is required.
• Experience with electronic health records and geriatric patient management.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Associate Medical Director for the TN market.
• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists.
• Participate in clinical quality improvement programs.
