Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks an experienced physician to deliver outpatient care, emphasize health maintenance, and manage disease prevention for seniors. You will maintain comprehensive medical histories, coordinate referrals, and contribute to department strategy with autonomy in complex decisions.

PreferredInternal Medicine training and board certification in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine, with TB screening participation and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of medical experience.
• Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program.
• Prefer Internal Medicine specialty.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine.
• Role is patient facing and participates in TB screening program.
• Willingness to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient medicine and continuity of care.
• Maintain patient medical history and records.
• Refer patients to specialists as needed.
• Participate in department strategy and decision-making on moderately complex to complex issues.
