Job summary

Humana Inc. invites a physician to join its CenterWell Senior Primary Care team focusing on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, and preventive health for seniors.

You will maintain medical histories, coordinate referrals, and contribute to strategy while operating with substantial clinical autonomy. The role is patient-facing, requires state licensure and MD/DO degree, and carries a 40-hour work week with eligibility for a bonus plan.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Active medical license in applicable state.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Prefer Internal Medicine or Geriatrics subspecialty focus.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient medicine focusing on continuity of care and prevention.
• Maintain medical history and records; coordinate with specialists as needed.
• Participate in TB screening program and on-call expectations as required.
