Job summary

Landing Point, a prominent family office, is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the P&L / Reference Data Team in New York. You will manage daily production and reconciliation of P&L data, pricing securities (listed and OTC), and collaborate across teams to improve processes and technology.

The role requires 5–10 years of relevant experience, strong reference data background, and solid Excel skills; familiarity with market data providers is a plus. CPA is a bonus. Competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, math, or accounting required.
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience.
  • Broad product and P&L knowledge in fixed income and both listed and OTC instruments.
  • Strong reference data background and understanding of centralized data master concepts.
  • Familiarity with market data providers (e.g., Bloomberg, Markit, IDC).
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables and macros); basic coding skills a plus.
  • CPA license a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Pricing of all securities (listed and OTC) using vendor and internal price sources.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to enhance processes and monitoring of P&L data; redesign technology for P&L reporting.
  • Review pricing and P&L validations; ensure correct product identifiers for accurate pricing.
  • Investigate issues in real time and complete EOD market value / P&L reconciliations.
  • Coordinate daily pricing and P&L production with the Administrator.
  • Assist with month-end price testing of all products, including Structured Products and OTC derivatives.
  • Work closely with investment teams, fund accountants, and third‑party Fund Admin & valuation vendors.
  • Monitor reconciliations to ensure consistent data flow between systems.
  • Create new securities across systems for accuracy and consistency.
  • Set up and maintain bond, swap, and credit curve generators.

Compensation

Salary: $175,000 – $225,000, Plus Bonus
