Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a dynamic and analytical Senior Pricing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share, focusing on data-driven decisions, market trends, competitive pricing, and customer behavior. Strong technical acumen with Power Platform and internal data systems is essential.

You'll collaborate across sales, marketing, finance, and product development to align pricing with business goals and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI with data modeling and dashboards.
• Experience using Power Automate or similar tools to automate workflows.
• Experience with or quickly learning homegrown data models and systems.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
• Ability to translate data into actionable pricing insights.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis and automation using Power BI and Power Automate.
• Design and implement pricing models to optimize revenue and profitability.
• Conduct market research on pricing trends and competitors.
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership decision-making (Power BI).
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams.
• Perform scenario modeling and elasticity analyses for pricing changes.
• Learn and use internal data models and pricing tools.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
