Job summary

Redox, a healthcare interoperability platform, is seeking a senior Deal Desk Leader to own pricing strategy and bridge product strategy with field execution. You will structure pricing, enforce guardrails, and build self-serve tools in a remote-first environment.

You will collaborate with sales, finance, and product to feed insights back, manage approval workflows, and ensure revenue operations scale with the company’s growth. This role offers autonomy and strategic impact across the org.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in deal desk, sales finance, revenue ops, or pricing ops.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• CPQ/Salesforce experience and ability to work under pressure.
