Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Pricing Operations to lead data aggregation, report preparation, and insightful analyses for government utilization.

The role will execute pricing changes in internal and external systems, validate prices, and support cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence. You will coordinate with the Pricing Committee and provide documentation updates, while leveraging Model N and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Life Sciences, or Healthcare Policy.
• 2-5 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience.
• Knowledge of Government programs, pricing, gross-to-net, or contract/rebate operations.
• Experience with Revenue Management systems. Model N preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to function independently, critical thinking, prioritization and coordination of job responsibilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate source data for Sales, Rebates and other price concessions for GP and GTN/financial analyses; ensure data integrity.
• Produce monthly/quarterly reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses; develop KPIs and reporting tools.
• Validate pricing/discount terms for new items; update master data contract list.
• Assist in coordinating Pricing Committee documentation and decisions.
• Coordinate pricing changes with SPC, Customer Support and Pricing Compendium; respond to queries.
• Maintain Pricing Operations documentation for internal controls and procedures.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses to support GP, Rebate Operations and Transparency.
• Participate in continuous improvements to data accuracy and insights across CSL's products.
• Support internal audits of program administration and rebate processing.
