ERock in Houston, TX seeks a seasoned Estimating leader to own the cost estimating function for complex projects in distributed energy. You will translate customer requirements into executable scope and pricing, leading cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, EPC, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years estimating, pricing, or cost engineering experience.
• Experience developing and reviewing project estimates with multiple cost components.
• Experience working with customers in commercial, project, or estimating roles.
• Strong Excel proficiency and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the estimating function for proposals and opportunities.
• Develop estimates with equipment, materials, labor, and subcontractors.
• Present estimates and risks clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Review contracts and RFP terms for pricing implications.
• Standardize estimating processes, templates, and data.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, and Finance.
• Mentor and develop estimators; support scalable estimating capabilities.
