Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Senior Pricing & Contracts Specialist in Illinois. The role updates and accurately enters customer pricing information, supports the Pricing & Contracts team, and collaborates with Customer, Commercialization, and Revenue Growth Management groups to drive pricing integrity.

The ideal candidate will manage contract processes, monitor compliance, and identify improvement opportunities to optimize pricing practices and KPI delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/ GED with 3 to 5+ years of specific experience.
• Master’s Degree or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• updates and accurately enters customer pricing information into company systems
• provides guidance and support to pricing & contracts team
• addresses complex issues while partnering with Customer, Commercialization, and Revenue Growth Management teams
• manages Customer Contract processes and compliance
• assists with projects aimed at driving operational excellence
• analyzes master data for inconsistencies and anomalies in pricing/contract reporting
• assists with processes and compliance monitoring within customer portal and pricing tool
• Other duties as assigned
