Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Pricing, Revenue Management, or related fields.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills are required.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Commercial, or business leaders.
• Experience with pricing, PVM, customer profitability, or commercial forecasting.
• BI experience with Power BI, Sigma, Tableau or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Commercial leadership on pricing, revenue, volume, mix, and profitability.
• Perform price-volume-mix (PVM) and customer profitability analyses.
• Develop business cases for pricing, new customers, renewals, and strategic initiatives.
• Support revenue forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Build dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Sigma, or similar tools.
• Develop financial models and provide actionable recommendations to leaders.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, and processes.
