Job summary

AEVEX is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to lead and support pricing strategy development, ensuring government contract proposals comply with FAR/DFAR regulations. You will gather market data, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and win rates.

You will collaborate with Capture Teams to shape pricing approaches, build labor/material cost models, and mentor junior analysts while navigating complex government contracting requirements and audits.

Qualifications

6+ years of pricing experience in government and commercial contracting.
Experience with international pricing and contracting.
Experience with government contracting regulations (FAR/DFAR/CAS) and proposal financials including TINA proposals.
Experience with multiple contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ, CPAF, etc.).
Experience with pricing tools such as Excel and Deltek ProPricer; project controls a plus.
Experience in the aerospace/defense industry.

Responsibilities

Lead and support development, analysis, and maintenance of pricing strategies for proposals.
Assess DRFP/RFP documentation to identify cost/price strategies and tactical approaches.
Collaborate with estimators to assemble labor and material costs and analyze pricing impact.
Develop cost models and narratives for various contract types in response to proposals.
Ensure timely development of pricing submissions under tight deadlines.
Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR regulatory requirements and audit support.
