Job summary

TRAC Intermodal seeks an experienced pricing and financial analysis professional to drive strategic pricing decisions and profitability analyses. You will build complex models, analyze customer agreements, and support negotiations with Sales and Operations to optimize margins.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or finance and 3+ years in pricing or financial analysis, with strong Excel skills and MS Office expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or accounting required.
• 3+ years of experience in financial modeling, pricing or related field.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Use complex financial models to evaluate revenue, margin, cost assumptions, ROI and P&L impact.
• Analyze profitability of proposed customer agreements and identify risks and trade-offs.
• Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling and competitive pricing evaluations.
• Recommend pricing structures balancing profitability and customer value.
• Develop pricing approaches aligned with market conditions and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to support negotiations and renewals.
• Monitor industry trends and business metrics to identify pricing opportunities.
• Perform profitability analyses to improve performance.
• Provide historical data and trends to support strategic recommendations.
• Develop pricing models, dashboards and analytics tools to improve pricing accuracy.
