Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to support the pricing function for consumer and commercial loans.

You will work closely with the Pricing & Revenue Strategy Lead to execute pricing changes and tailor strategies across Figure’s partner network. The role requires strong data analytics, Excel/SQL/Python, and Tableau skills, with a track record of turning data into actionable pricing insights.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Math, or Engineering.
• 2–4 years in data analytics, capital markets, loan pricing, or related analytical roles.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python; experience with Tableau.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable strategy and communicate insights to diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Own execution of loan pricing changes across channels and partners, using pricing grids and internal tools.
• Monitor pricing accuracy, build controls, and flag discrepancies in pricing grids and workflows.
• Analyze product performance, funnel and competitor pricing to support optimization.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key pricing and revenue metrics.
• Support ad hoc financial and market analyses for Credit, Product, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Document pricing processes and maintain records of decisions and rationale.
