We are looking for a strategic and passionate Senior Pricing Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing new SaaS pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize profitability. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, understanding the competitive landscape, and customer behavior to develop pricing models that align with business objectives. Your expertise in SaaS pricing models will be instrumental in designing and optimizing our pricing structures and ensuring our products are competitively positioned in the markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to develop new tiered SaaS pricing structures
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify pricing opportunities and risks
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies, making recommendations for adjustments as needed
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in SaaS pricing models and pricing optimization techniques
  • Develop and maintain pricing policy to ensure consistency across the organization

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience developing SaaS pricing models
  • Experience developing and implementing successful pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize profitability
  • Comfortable with ambiguous data and changing priorities
  • Familiarity with market research methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience translating complex data into actionable insights
  • Experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Track record of driving revenue growth through effective pricing strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience writing SQL Queries
  • Experience with PROs or PriceFx or other industry leading pricing system
  • Experience using business acumen and understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience effectively communicating pricing recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • Pilot or aviation enthusiast

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: 115,000-150,000.

This position is currently part of Boeing but is planned to transition to an independent company owned by Thoma Bravo, as part of a pending divestiture of the Digital Aviation Solutions organization. If you are selected for this role, your employment may initially be with Boeing (dependent on start date). Subject to final regulatory approvals and closing conditions, your employment may transfer to the divested business owned by Thoma Bravo at close. Additional details about this transition will be shared as they become available.
